Massage Therapy Menu

Swedish Massage - Light to medium pressure strokes with an emphasis on the therapist's hands "flowing" over the body increasing circulation and creating a sedating experience to maximize relaxation.   Options: 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes or 120 minutes

Therapeutic Massage - A good choice for people seeking rehabilitation or relief from specific musculoskeletal issues by focusing on specific health concerns, injuries, or chronic conditions.  Medium to firm press to relieve muscle tension or discomfort and improve range of motion.  Options: 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes or 120 minutes

Deep Tissue - Slow firm strokes & strong finger, forearm, or elbow pressure release chronic patterns of contraction in the body.  Knots and bands of tissue melt away.  Great for those with persistent tension or pain.  Options: 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes or 120 minutes 

Sports Massage -  Perfect for athletes who need to improve their performance or recover from an injury.  Using a combination of massage techniques and stretching, sports massage will help you reach your goals, promote flexibility, help prevent injuries and aid healing after an injury.  
Options: 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes or 120 minutes 


Manual Lymphatic Drainage -  Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a specialized type of medical massage that can help improve the flow of lymph fluid, which reduces swelling.  This type of massage aims to help the body maintain proper blood circulation, body fluid balance and immune functions.  Options: 30 minutes, 60 minutes or 90 minutes 

Craniosacral Therapy - CST is a gentle manual therapy that uses the production and absorption of cerebral spinal fluid as it comes in and out of the skull and spine to address restrictions within the body.  CST is very relaxing to receive and works to enhance the body's own healing potential, addressing more than just symptoms. Options: 30 minutes, 60 minutes or 90 minutes 

Reflexology - This gentle pressure technique focuses on specific points of the feet and hands that correspond to various organs and areas in the body.  It can help improve digestion, circulation, reduce anxiety and stress and promote better sleep.  Options: 30 minutes or 60 minutes 

Therapeutic Assisted Stretch - Therapeutic Assisted Stretch sessions take you through a comprehensive stretching routine combined with relaxing breathing techniques to relieve tightness in your muscles.  You may address a specific area of concern, as well as incorporate a full body stretch.  Feel looser, more limber, and experience total relaxation.  Options: 30 or 60 minutes
